Is my data stored anywhere?
No. The generator runs entirely in your browser. QR contents are not uploaded. There is no analytics tracking. The web server receives technical connection data when the page loads; language and theme preferences are stored locally.
Can I use the QR code commercially?
Yes, every QR code you create belongs to you. Use it on business cards, posters, menus, packaging — no restrictions.
What resolution do downloads have?
PNG is exported at 2048 × 2048 px — perfect for print. SVG is a real vector graphic, infinitely scalable. PDF contains a high-resolution PNG on an A4 page. Choose SVG for vector output.
Why don't my QR codes with logo scan?
Logos cover data. Keep your logo small, use dark dots on a light background and test the download before printing. Regular codes use error correction H; EPC payment codes use M with no logo.
Does it work offline?
QR creation works offline in an already loaded session. PDF export must have been loaded once first. Reopening the page requires a connection.
Does my QR code expire?
No. Static QR codes have no expiry date or scan limit. Website links only work while the destination stays available. Printed QR contents cannot be edited afterwards.
What does it cost?
It is and remains free. You can support development voluntarily or recommend the generator. All features remain available without support.
